TC-W3 as a fuel additive

Post by RPinAZ »

Has anyone tried using TC-W3 (marine 2-stroke oil) as a fuel additive in their Pinz? It supposedly improves mileage lubes the fuel pump and eliminates some of the deleterious effects of alcohol in fuel, etc. Quite a lot about it here:

including the testing done.

I'm trying it now in my motorcycle, but am considering trying it in the Pinz.

Would like to hear how it goes.

I only run non-ethanol fuel but I’m curious what others run.

I read the referenced site. Can’t say I am impressed. There is no plausible way that adding 2 cycle oil increases gas mileage 2%. I doubt such a small amount of oil in the gas would hurt anything other than your pocket book. Maybe a fouled plug at worse
