A couple of things to consider.
First, the Holly 2300 is a beast with 100lb/hr injectors. The typical
Pinz engine EFI conversion uses 20 to 30 (MAX) lb/hr injectors. I run
24 lb/hr Delfi injectors in my 2.7L 710 with the Beck manifold. The
issue with more flow than necessary is control, the duty cycle with
these Holly's will be VERY short and hard to control. I have no idea
if these injectors could be replaced with smaller ones and how that
would match up with the internal controller.
Next, I don't think you will have good results if the Holly was directly
bolted to the intake "pants", Y'd need some kind of riser/chamber
between the throttle body and the Pinz intake -- head room then
could become a problem.
Finally, Y'd need a high pressure fuel delivery system with a return
to the tank, and several appropriate sensors e.g. O2, MAP, airflow.
Has the potential to become a major Frankenstein on you
