#1 is the critical tool (length) that makes the process easy. Longer tools don't fit, shorter won't work. I don't think the originals are readily available, are they? I remember getting sort of a generic from SAV.

I will have a look into my Pinz tool bag tomorrow (if I don´t forget) and take a picture of it, but I think to remember that my spark plug tool is not exactly the same as the one in the parts book. I think I have a similar tool and a pin to rotate the tool, but it works o.k.;

It's pretty much the same tool that came with my motorcycle.

Yes, sort of the generic one I got from SAV, basic plug wrench with a pin. Probably 6" long if I go find it in the toolbox.

Below is the spark plug spanner that came with my Pinz when I´ve got it from the Austrian Army and it works also on Rehab. Length = 6 1/2 inch.

13/16 plug?

Wire connector = mm?

2. The 13/16 plug wrench substitute is Briggs & Stratton Spark Plug Wrench 5402H that is a bit long but works just ok, better when you can get a 19mm rachetless socket wrench on the other end. It needs to be a hair thinner especially where it is near the valve covers, so I may take a grinder to the part at that point.

Thanks.

This thread just saved me a headache - THANKS! The Briggs and Stratton Plug Wrench worked great :)
