installing differential breathers

You also have this system which has the advantage of not having any connection with the outside (avoids dust and water ingress).
when the pressure rises the bellows inflate

interesting,
how would i install it on the rear diff ?
I guess i need to add some kind of nipple so i can connect this rubber breather ?
i would drill and install the nipple here (red circle) ?

You'll find that the pressure pushes oil out, but it is highly unlikely that it would be pushed or sucked back in. It's a very small amount of oil too. The problem is usually that it drips or get on the outside of the vehicle at higher speeds. The closed thing looks interesting. I'd like to see how that's installed. The little rubber grommets on the wire are hard to keep from rotting.
