slight leak middle diff 712

Hi All
Ive been servicing my pinz 712 I bought a few months back.
Drained fluids on all 3 difs and portals on all 6 wheels.
Fluids looked good, no particles with centre diff down a little on volume, maybe 4-500ml.
All axle boots are perished and I noticed a little wetness on both sides of centre diff when you run your finger around.
I presume this is something I can live with and monitor rather than replace seals.
Intending to put split boots back on all 6 axles for simplicity.
