We just bled the brake system and topped of the two brake fluid reservoirs under the dash but the indicator light stays on or flickers under braking and acceleration (can you really call it acceleration in a 712? ).
The brakes work fine. Is the reservoir not quite full? What am I missing?
Brake fluid indicator light is on...but fluid is topped off!

One posibility: You need to push the brake handle down a lot. It used to happen to me.
Another posibility: There is an electrical switch for the emergency brake connector underneath the truck that when it gets salt or other conductor particules causing continuity will create what you are experiencing.
I know where you live and Salt shouldn't be an issue unless you went to Galveston and left the truck parked there for a week.
