My front right portal axle started to leak axle oil during a trip last weekend (see pic). Any suggestions?

Seems like you have two leaks. One on the Ball Joint and
one on the Hub seal. Can't see it clearly though.
The Ball joint leak might be because of loose screws. So try to
tighten them first.
The Hub seal is the more urgent one because the oil will
contaminate the Brake Liners if left dripping inside the Brake
drum long enough.
But it is not too difficult to change the seal if you have some
basic mechanical skills.
