So, suddenly the truck starts stalling whenever I come to a stop. Not every time, but it's never done this before. Runs fine at open throttle. First thing I check is the fuel shut-off solenoids. Pull each one off they all "click". Carbs are pretty dirty and dusty, so I remove them and blow them out and clean them up with carb cleaner. Get everything back together and turn on power. Didn't hear any "clicks". Wiggle the wire at the Molex: "click". Remove the plug, clean up the connections. Runs great. So I re-synch the carbs, check the timing and button everything up.
So I wasted about 2 hours fixing a bad connection at the Molex. Oh well the carbs are nice and clean now too.

I've applied paste between all my connectors. Here's something worth reading. http://www.sw-em.com/anti_corrosive_paste.htm
