Lights size and depth.

Post by chp-sk8 »

Does anyone know the diameter of the headlights and the depth of them in and out of the buckets. I am deployed so I cant measure it myself....thanks for the help.
Hell, lets just wing it and see were we end up!

I'm not certain on the depth but I do know they are a 7" round light.

I just put some 24 V Hummer LEDs in and they were a perfect fit in the housing. So go find someone in the motor pool to go and measure those. Just put mine in so I don't want to take them out.
But I can measure the stock lights for you.

Here's some pictures:

Finally...patience payed off I have been biding my time waiting for the right time to purchase these headlights and found a pair cheap...or..that may be a relative term since these brand new from a civilian supplier is 500 per light...happily I didnt pay anything even close to that :D ...cant wait to install them

Pete if you feel so inclined, when you do the LED install take some pictures and notes for a install write-up. I've just ordered 2 sets of these and wouldn't mind a heads up on how to install them, seems pretty straight forward but we all know how that is.
