Better wiring diagrams?
Better wiring diagrams?
Has any enterprising soul got/made a better copy of the wiring diagram? Mine is a copy of a photocopy of a scanned/faxed original that I downloaded from one of the sites (can't remember which) but it's not easy to read/trace the wires as the writing is so small.

go to local print shop, print it out larger, use colored pencils to trace different circuits as needed.

I've got a very cleaned-up copy for download here:
(old link to obsolete website removed)
Warning for slow internet connections - it's a 6.2MB file.
If you have access to an 11x17 printer it becomes a lot more readable.
IIRC, it also includes all the components identified, the wire colors translated and a list of the circuit breakers. As edzz mentioned, color pencils help also.
I don't recall who it was but someone on the forum did most of the work cleaning it up and then posted it. I did a bit more work on it and have it saved on my website.
Hope this helps,
Paul C

Re: Better wiring diagrams?
Updated link to the Schematic file:
https://www.dropbox.com/sh/itbudlf6mh1n ... 2XnK8klAya
2 pages - schematic & wire color legend on side 1, parts legend and circuit breaker list on side 2.
This schematic applies only to the Swiss Pinzgauers as the Austrian models use a different wiring setup. I don't know about Serbian or other models.
If you find an error or different setup on your Pinz please post it on this thread so I can update the file as needed. The circuit breaker list doesn't always match exactly since some owners rearranged their wiring as accessories were added.
