Bulb part numbers

Post by berger »

I tried searching here and elsewhere, but I cannot find part numbers for the rear taillight bulbs. I need to replace the lower, red taillight bulb (5w?) and I am trying to buy local to avoid shipping. I may go LED, but I need a part number to cross reference with.

Thanks guys!

That is buying local, forum-wise. Plus, Scott's a nice guy.

Or here:

Not too many "local" places carry 24v bulbs, etc. anymore, from my experience in Wisconsin.

The 5W taillight bulb is GE #623
The 21W front or rear turn signal bulb is Osram #13421
These are the original bulbs so you may have to cross reference them.

Thanks guys. I was able to order a bunch of 24v bulbs for the Iltis from a parts supply place, so they are out there. I do have to order a couple drain plugs from Scott, so I may just add a few bulbs to that.
