Anyone used these battery balancers?

It's a Sterling Power BD242 battery equaliser/balancer. Thinking that for running my truck on EFI I'll need something a bit beefier than a dropper to run the pump and ignitors etc.

Ordered it about this time last year and the receipt says it was $175, with $11.15 shipping.
