Is there a tranny connection for backup lights?

Post by mm58 »

I just mounted a couple of backup lights to the rear of my K. I was told that the transmission should
have a switch where I can connect my wiring to energize the lights when I shift into reverse.

Can anybody confirm whether this switch actually is there? and if so, where exactly?

Thanks...

You will most likely need this: http://www.expedition-imports.com/produ ... gauer.html unless a previous owner has already installed it.

Thanks for the link Paul. I guess I will need one of those. I just looked at mine, and there is no switch installed.
