Reduction Starter Gear

I'm trying to figure out the sequence to put new gear on my reduction starter that I got from Scot at EI.
There is a washer with splines, spring, the gear, a cup like spacer and cir clip that holds it all.
Is this the sequence ?
Do I have to pull the shaft of the starter out some to get all this on ?

Any help is appreciated.

I would call Scott so he can provide support for the unit he is selling.
If it requires some assembly did it not come with any instructions?
I know a few on here have installed them so I am sure they can help out.
Cheers,

No instructions, I really didn't want to bother him. I figured one you all might know off hand.
The one that originally came with the unit broke off and fell into the engine case.

I got it welded and I've replaced gear ring, clutch , throwout bearing and motor mounts.
I'm now at the original problem with the gear that started this undertaking.

Both of mine came fully assembled, ready to install.

I agree that you should give Scott a call.

Was this a issue with the starter or something else that the gear fell off? If it was the starter did Scott help with the repair costs?

The issue was my worn out gear ring, not scott's starter
Edit-The starter was also loose and was also contributing factor.
Thanks for the pictures, they did the trick..
