No blinkers or hazards

Hey guys. I know all of this has been covered a million times but I haven't found my exact problem on here so here goes.

All of the sudden I have no blinkers or hazards. I have power to my turn signal switch on the column. I have the $10 flasher from SAV and when I activate my turn signal switch either direction, I can jump from the terminal with the green wire to the terminal with the black and yellow wire and the correct bulbs will light up. Like wise I can activate the 4 way hazard switch and the bulbs will all light up.

I am thinking that this means that the flasher relay is not working. Am I right?
