If possible, have the bushings made of Oilite Plus - oil impregnated bronze with some teflon added. Lower friction than with standard Oilite.

OK, Mr. Stekay. Actually my mechanic makes them from parts of an old german printing press, and he says he's never seen bronze (yes, please excuse me) as hard as this.
