That is correct. They told me they could do the standard pinz pattern but it would cost more.

I own one '82 710M that was used as a factory Prototype to promote an
upgrade program for the Petrol Pinzgauers.
It actually uses TD parts.

My race 712M and my own 710M were converted with TD parts too.

The guy behind classic SUE is a very good friend of mine and we developed the Disc brake system together.
If you have any questions feel free to ask. I think it might be easier to contact me as he doesn't really like
computers.

I've been seriously considering a complete 710 restoration, including upgrades for modernization. Do you happen to know if Classic SUE is still offering the disc brake conversions? And would I need to ship the truck to Europe to get the conversion performed or could I have a kit shipped here for my restorer to retrofit?

That must be a sister vehicle to my 710-1.6 Richard.

Richard will be able to answer better I'm sure, but from past discussions with Classic SUE I remember that their product is a kit that they can ship.
Here as well, adding 5 (or 7) wheels to the package and shipping them halfway accross the world further builds the case for a new design that would accomodate factory wheels and lug pattern... If you enquire about such a modification to their design (to allow stock wheels to be used) let me know as I might chip in to have my front axle done...

I'll keep this in mind.
