Ford spec is 100 lb-ft (136 Nm) for those wheels. Anyone have issues tightening to 200 Nm (147 lb-ft) Pinz specs? I don't want to bend the raised nut seats.

Recommendation even for the stock Pinz bolts is to back down to 100 ft-lbs.
However, after a 30 mile drive re-torque to be safe.

Thanks. I got bad info. I'd be suprised if my hand "German Torque" (goodentight) is under 100 ;)

I found some technical info by year and model and some of the heavier and higher horse power Transport models use 204 Nm (150 lb-ft).

It's all a matter of material science. Pinz stud and nut is M14 x 1.5mm 8.8 hardness.
Standard recommended max torque is 100 ft-lbs dry, 80 ft-lbs lubricated (anti-seize).
If the studs are 12.9 then your up in the range of 150 ft-lbs (dry). Puch pushed several
bolts beyond the max. e.g. Limit strap and shock bolts. But all other bolts are W/I
recommended limits -- go figure ://

Check your bolt size, harness and thread prep.

it also should be noted that some folks who thought tighter was better had to buy new rims. You can search and see where they cracked the rims at the lug holes from being too tight and also using the wrong lug nuts.

I'm at 130 ft lb and I'm going ti stick with it. Had to retorque twice because the Transit wheels have powder coat in the nut seats.
