wheel cylinder interchange???
Does anyone know if the front wheel cylinders on a 710m interchange with any that I could purchase at my local napa or autozone? I just blew out a front left that the prior owner had recently rebuilt...I was thinking that there must be some VW or Mercedes that should interchange :?:

.....and if it is, just get it stainless steel lined, and then rebuild it!Inspect the bore, they are nickel plated, if it is not pitted rebuild it.

Thanks Guys, I ordered rebuild kits today from SAV..guess I better break out the honer...its been awhile since I rebuilt wheel cylinders but was told that the replacement non original cylinders are from india and have a reputation for failures so I am hoping mine are original cylinders. I am hoping the brake fluid did not spoil my brake linings.
