I noticed the front wheels are much more rod-eyed then before....I am assuming this because of the shocks??

As soon as you roll forward (or backwards) the wheels will return to normal angles. 8)

If you have just jacked it up and lowered it down and not driven it a bit then the wheels aren't where they will be after a drive.
I notice the same thing when I adjust the brakes.

edit: I was posting when Edzz was and we said the same thing.

Thanks guys!!

Just wanted to report in on the shocks.....WOW! What a difference!

Not knowing any better, I just assumed the truck rode like it did because it was a 40 year old military vehicle. These new shocks have made the ride SOOO much better.

UPDATE

I have not gone through any water at all since installing them....well, nothing that would have gone past the centres of the wheels and even that is a stretch, but I have been in some heavy rain. I decided to lift a rear boot to check, and sure enough water drained out. I am not sure how long it sat in there, but that was enough to convince me. All of the shock boots have been removed. :D
