Here are some photos of old brake hoses that have swollen internally. A hose like this can act as a check valve and keep pressure on the wheel brake cylinders, causing the brakes to drag and get hot, since fluid pressure is not returned to the reservoir. From the outside they may look normal. Adding the wrong fluid or regular oil is guaranteed to give your Pinzgauer problems like this.
