I like the pickup look of a 710M without the rear roll bar, like in this YouTube vid. Is the bar removable without cutting and welding?

Yes, it can be removed by unbolting. As I recall 3 bolts per side. There was also some sealant tape applied between the roll bar and the side panel so some prying may be needed.
