I've searched the usual places with no luck. Any leads?

Just my opinion here but I would not use E-Track.
I know many have and do but the way 99% of it is installed is incorrect.
Only Scott at EI has installed it correctly from what I have seen - that means running 2 significant backing L channels and then drilling it every 2" to mount the E-Track.

Having 6-8 bolts 3-4ft apart is not going to do it and is not how E-Track was designed to work.

With that said, I chose to use L-Track like they use on planes for the seats and on buses to strap down wheelchairs.
Not saying this is what you should do but it is better than mounting E-Track incorrectly!

Here are some pictures of how I had Andre install it:

Runs all around the outside edge of the side boards and is screwed into the bed every 5"
Each double seat-belt fitting has a WLL of 1,333 LBS and Break Strength of 4,000 LBS Also runs around the rear where I can store extra attachment points Standard use is obviously for seat belts.
The way I designed it also allows me to remove the side boards to create a flat bed pickup and still be able to reinstall the L-Track for tie down points.

Exactly. I used 1" square steel tubing as the structural supports for the E-Track. My usage is 98% for passenger seatbelts and only the occasional use for cargo tie-downs. I used grade 8 bolts to secure everything; no point in using cheap hardware when lives may be at stake.

Odd trivia: I recall from my fireman days at vehicle rescue classes that seatbelts were generally rated at 1200 lbs..

Gives some idea on how to rate hardware needs.

How did you anchor the L tracks? Was it bolted through before you attached the side panels or attach somehow afterwards?

They are bolted through ie to remove the side boards you would need to remove the L-Track.
