Does anybody know what these items are or if they are Pinz parts?

The pins and chain don't ring a bell, but the "bottomless cupholders" look like mounts that were in the back of Swiss Army 710Ks and were used to store the antenna bases (US designation for these antenna bases is MX-6707). There were two in the rear compartment, to be mounted on each of the masts that were carried on the Pinz's front during transport. These antennas were used to operate the two RT-524 (Swiss designation SE-412) radios that were in the truck.
