Antenna mast specifications

I have yet to find what antenna mast was transported in the rings that were mounted on the "hood" of radio trucks. Does anyone know the manufacturer and model of the crank up mast that fit those rings?

Awesome! I acquired a much heavier 6m Geroh mast and created a way to hang it off the side of my 712W but it takes two people to move it, it must weigh well over 120 pounds. I've never known what model was actually used and mounted with the Pinzgauers.

Thanks, Ed!

I also tripped over this more complete document on the SE-412/ABC radio system.
http://www.armyradio.ch/radio-manuals/s ... c-regl.pdf

Note the SE-412 was installed in 60's generation MOWAG's, Pinz, and Tracked vehicles.

Ah! It all now comes together.

Ed's 3'rd link http://712.at/712/?p=1677 shows the crank up mast, this mounts to the
front brackets with the crank facing down. The SE-412 documents show the antenna that mounts
to the top of the mast which is then cranked up. You can see the COAX on the side of the pole
going up to the base of the antenna mounted to the top of the mast. Ground radials and above that
is the vertical sections. So the mast/pole is up front and the antenna sections are rolled up in a
bag and stored in the Truck.
