front Door adjustment

Post by acurtis » Fri Mar 20, 2020 10:46 am

Anyone have any experience using the door adjustments on the front of a 710m? I took the door hinges off to paint the body now the doors don't align so well. I was hoping someone might have some experience with this before I just start loosening and tightening bolts.

It's just a trial and error process.

And it is a huge PITA if the door seals were also replaced.

I found that using wood (pine) carpenters wedges helped to hold the door in position while adjusting and tightening the hinges.
Lots easier with 2 people.
