What is this name plate?

This nameplate was on the driver front of my 710K attached just inside the headlight. I can make out one word."taxation". Anybody know what this is and the purpose? Thanks See attached, (I hope)

google translate says " last assesment of kidney taxation" lol...another translator said "last estimate of taxation" or "last tax"
I found one on my M when I installed the winch.

Yes, 2 languages present indicating "last appraisal or tax ". But I am more interested in what is was for. I am surprised a military vehicle would be taxed. I have seen some Pinzgauer photos showing circular stickers of various colors applied on the lower half. Let me hear form some of our forum friends from that part of the world.

The best translation would be: "last assessment" in german and french.
Switzerland has 4 official languages: german, french, italian and romansh
