I've seen a couple pinzgauers with bars in the side instead of the wooden step. I'm getting a 718 with the box on the back and would love something like the last picture with the ladder incorporated. Are all of these custom, or is there a place to get them? Thanks in advance!

They are all custom fabrications. Contact Andre Swanson at Fat Fabrications in Texas. He can make anything you would like.

Agreed! Andre is your guy for this. I think whatever you want, it'll be custom regardless so I'd start working on that wishlist of what features you want.

Kinda what I figured. I've seen his name on here a ton. What's the best way to contact him?
