Making a 712m into a hard top m with K door

evening All
I have a 712 m that I would like to make into a compete hard top with K door maybe. how hard do you think it would be to have a K door put in.

Incredibly hard... or just really time and skill intensive.
That said.
Need a jig/framework inside the vehicle to maintain all the dimensions when you cut out the metal where the rear doors will go.
Need a scrapped K or complete fabrication of the body door wells
need the back doors with door tops... used or NOS
need top fabricated
I thought about it... but it is beyond my skillset.
I have seen some 718s in Asia that have a single half door on the port side... on this forum.
