Hit a big bump, doors opened.

Post by audiocontr »

And now they wont close. The nose has dipped quite a bit. All the weight from he custom bumper slammed down after my rocket ship experiment.

Is there a recommended process to pull the nose up and back? Can I use the two holes for the top door hinge at the front morning point? Where do I attach the rear of the strap? Straight back to the c pillar or attach at a center point like the hitch?

Anyone know the proper spacing between the top of the door and the top of the latch section?

When I have needed to tweak the front nose I made a piece to attach to the hinge location ran a come along to the rear bumperette. Did not take much to get the doors to line up properly.
