Fortunately for me, since no one I've run into even knows what the heck a Pinz is, they won't catch the incorrect plates. Lol. When and if these fade, I'll correct them. Thanks for the information.

No problem, again the spelling is quite amusing.
With your truck sporting the Swiss flag in the US, I would expect half the people to think that you provide some kind of first aid service... :)

They reactions and comments are great! The most common question is "does it float".

I'm hesitant to go through deep water crossings. I heard the cooling fan can sheer right off. That would really suck out on the trail.

When I first got mine and lived close to a US military base people would pull over and let me pass, perhaps thinking I was an emergency vehicle.
I always waved to them as I went by in thanks.

Where did you have that one made? I like the bolder Pinzgauer font.

I got them from the Company you recommended. I just took on board the comments on spelling etc and adjusted the font size.

Shipping to the UK plus the slice taken by UK Customs & Excise bumped up the price but the quality is good.

Awesome! I thought that was the case. I may order new ones with the corrected language. Glad it worked out for you.

Sent them a pic of the plate, but got back:

I'm sorry but we do not have a Mr. Tibbermore in our system, nor does this look like an item we have produced.

Thank You,
Meghan

Wow.. They are definitely the ones who did mine. See if they have Stephen Bukoski in their system.
