Wiper pivot bushings replacement?

Post by Buzz »

Has anyone identified a source for those plastic bushings at the ends of the wiper push rods? I just replaced the driver's side push rod for the second time. It's been ten years but it seems a shame to spend fifty bucks (part and shipping) for such a little part. I would love to fix the one I took off and put it away as a spare.

I have a spare for the passenger side that I bought ten years ago when the other one wore out. I was sure if the drivers side was gone, the other was not far behind!

I know it's a little thing but when they go out you really need a spare...
