24v to 12v accesory install

Build projects, things that guys have come up with to make a Pinz better (or worse?) and aftermarket add-ons.

24v to 12v accesory install

Post by NEWFISHER »

Has been a bit slow at work and we have a Master Tech that is really quick and vey good at building harnesses, wiring and installs. We laid out a few add ons like 12v power port front, 12v fridge port rear, Romotron Swiss LP heater, CB, front Vision X lamps and a rear LED cargo lamp. Heres a few pics.

Very neat and tidy. Well run cables and wiring layouts can be compared to a work of art or something of interest to look at. These days exposed colour coding and clean fancy terminals are comparable to designer branding on designer clothes. Years ago, it was well hidden behind panneling or in conduit and out of the way..

Thanks guys. A little more shrink tube at the fuse block and some individual wrap.

I had the line built to run the portable 1lb green bottles on an adjustable regulator. Its coiled behind the heater and will secure to the wall or sneaks through a grommeted hole into the storage box.
