Build projects, things that guys have come up with to make a Pinz better (or worse?) and aftermarket add-ons.

saw a cool looking 712m on facebook recently

Post by audiocontr »

It was out of EU. Had the rear rollbar pulled forward to 710 dimensions, and a 710m rear canvas on a 712.

Add rapier doors, Would a haflinger fit in the back of a 712 on this config?

No to Hafi

Can't find pic of Hafi in the back of a 712 but this one works

Does he have rapier doors?

I'm curious of the measurements from the rear edge of the roll bar to the back of the vehicle. I can measure how much room i have on a haffie and go from there

Max has shortened the 710 canvas, in order to create a larger "pickup truck" loading bay

Audio - just make your 712 a flat bed with rapier doors and you have a perfect Hafi hauler.
Then buy this to haul your 712 :)

That sure makes the Pinzgauer 712 look tiny! Would love to see that photo with a Haflinger in the back of the Pinz.

Is that one of the Saurer 6DM / 10DM? Wow they look huge!

Back in '01, the combo was a Tatra 813, with a 712, then a Haf, topped with a Condor , and lastly a walking stick. Downsize as the trail got narrower until you were forced to walk.
