Antenna for HF?

Gentlemen, which antenna should I install for HF in my K? In another post (Radios and Antennas) edzz wrote among other useful information that the central antenna AB-652/GR is for HF receive. Can it be used for transmission also? (Sorry for the newbie question, I should know this stuff by now), or should I pair up the stock side antennas for this purpose, or should I get a new antenna? All thoughts are welcome.
