Mine is attached to the existing arial tube mounts on the front, but it is only the bar of the jack, the rest is stored inside.

That is my favorite mounting method - moving parts stay inside: clean and dry and I like the 60" bar.
I am sure putting it all together takes less than 5 mins!

yes those are mine. I don't have any closeup pics on a truck. I just weld tubing to flat stock and weld a nut into the end. Some like a threaded stud instead so they can drill it for a luggage lock for security. I like the studs with wing nuts but for security reasons, these work out better. I also off set the pipes( not centered on the mounting bolts) so they can be flipped around to match Hi-Lift or HF farm jacks.

I used the original aerial mounting bolts just drilled the Hi lift carrier to match that bolt pattern.

Those brackets are a great idea if mounting the whole jack on the front - much cleaner and tougher than the generic Hi-Lift mounts.
Andre - have you fab'd up anything that would mount a jack up in the rear roll bar?

I never considered one on the roll member itself. I figured I would always be banging my head on it. Mounted it to a roof rack a few times. I did consider building a storage point for it on the inside of the rear door but that would only work on a 710(no gap at the door on a 712.

I have that green and tan Pinz picture saved from a while back as I like that rack!
On that 404 is the extended doka cab bolted down on each side of the frame?

Unfortunately yes. The previous owner was a Jeep guy and he felt the frame and body needed to be tied together and the suspension would do all the work. He really limited the natural flex the truck was designed for.

I cold worked the Hi-Lift 4XRAC Mounts a bit and bolted right into the antenna tube bracket holes on my K:

Be sure to lock it down. They can walk away on their own. I have had things walk away...frightening experience.
