Yes, you are new here...and I feel you have made a serious misstep. Hopefully you may be able to correct before that bridge falls into the canyon.

Not so! EI (Scott and crew) are E X T R E E M L Y dependable -- under normal operating conditions.
It's just not normal conditions for them presently. If you have been reading the treads and Scott's
WEB site, they had a move planned to new digs for several months, that's now done. But there
were a few minor hiccups that impacted them and us as customers -- ergo a not so minor Earthquake,
pasting things back together again thereafter -- as a Californian you should be sensitive to that.
Then there's 10's of thousands of parts to be re-stocked into new pigeon holes at his new digs. If
you have ever been involved in logistics this ain't an easy chore. You got the current business to
try to service AND getting the reset button hit on you at the same time.
Again, under normal operating conditions you will find EI to be absolutely stellar -- be patient,
EI will be back to normal soon.
