Turn signal flasher interchange and hookup

Hi guys, after having problems with a couple of stock Volvo turn signal flashers, I substitited the buss be234 that is hilighted on the sdp-pinzgauer.org website. (we order as a NAPA eg-23)

Hook up is similar: fron the sdp-pinzgauer website. Hook the L on the new flasher to the 49A terminal in old flasher connector. The P on the new flasher goes to the C connector in the old flacher connector. All three of the old flasher cars were marked for the pins on the connector

The change comes in the X connector. It needs to be connected to both the 30 (one unit was marked ad 30 and the other unit marked as 30b) and 49 connector. If I remember correctly the 49 is power from for the turn signal and 30 is power for the 4 way flasher. When 30 is hot, 49 is dead and vica-versa.
