Hello,
I'm a bit confused about how to properly adjust my TGB alignment...anyone have a good grasp of it?

Toe-in only?...what about excessive camber?

If you have (negative?) camber on a straight axle like that you may have some serious issues. I'd start with worn bearings/bushings or maybe something got bent from being dropped out of a plane. ?

I'll have to look at the manual for the toe specs but its pretty straight forward and you might do just as well by using one of the old methods, or take it to an old-school tire shop and let them set it up. This can be just as accurate as anything else: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3QuuE3siR0c

Thank you Vince, you're always a wealth of knowledge...I'm getting excessive outer shoulder wear on my tires, assumed it was out of alignment somehow...I'll get my toe-in dialed and check bearings...

If its on both outer edges of a tire you could be simply under inflated. Is it "feathered" wear at all? Could also be partially shock related if they are worn badly, along with toe maybe.

If you jack up the tire a little and try to pull on the bottom and push on the top, and vice-versa, that should tell you if you have worn parts. It should not move at all.
