Nuther' Noob

Post by Captain Crank »

Hi Guys,

Just registered and thought I'd say..... "Hey."

Got a '77 C303 hard top civilian rescue, 12V with a PTO winch coming from out west in a month or so. Can't wait to get it.

Aside from radios, I don't plan on changing anything major. It's got nice buckets and good 315's on it, that will do just fine. Why fix what ain't broke.

Been wheelin' for 30+ years here in Minnesota and would like to try and get to the Bad-lands for an adventure with this one. Maybe farther out west if po$$ible.

It's my second Volvo ORV. There's also a BV 202 in the shed. That's what sold me on the 303. Good tough stuff and pretty easy to work on.

I also collect and restore big US WWII trucks and armor just to keep the wife on her toes.

Hopefully I can contribute something to the forum.
