Mark, We have a complete rocker bar assembly and push rods on the way.
4 rocker arms and bar had excessive wear as well as the push rod ends. The valves would not stay adjusted causing low vac at times, and screwing up my data logs and making way too much valve lash noise.

Hi
I am following with great interest the installation of this system. I have a Volvo C303 12 volts
very thirsty, as usuall ,so I'm looking forward to see when you've finished the job if it will be a possible reduction in consumption even with a possible increase in power at low revs

Geez, Dave.....of all people!
I would have thought you were an optimist. Considering the many vehicles you have owned and the issues you have encountered, I would expect you to be more understanding. The unfortunate truth is that the vehicle probably has a lot more mileage than we had anticipated and thus wear was "discovered" in many parts. The good news is that the engine is now working better and data is being collected to optimize the settings. I'm sure that Jim will comment more in due time.

Cheers,
Greg

Finally it is running very good. Had to replace the butterflies with MGB special updated version and bump fuel pressure up a little. I'll upload the image and part # for the anti stall butterfly assemblies with vac popet valve when I get a chance.
I am trying to complete a couple of Pinz engines, so it may be a few days before they are posted 8)
