Got the last part saturday(needed longer TPS shaft).
Hope to hear it running tommorrow sometime.
Finishing up the fuel lines tonight and mounting the MAP sensor.
Send whatever lock parts for Greg and I'll send all extra parts back with your carbs.
Cheers, Jim LaGuardia

The mini-Pinz (my Swiss Haflinger) was terrorizing the neighborhood this weekend, but it no longer gets the same attention it once did. The men don't grin as much and the women don't have that usual frown that accompanies a whispered "men and their stupid toys." I am looking forward to once again bringing terror to the local womenfolk and awe and inspiration to the menfolk as the Albatross rides again.

Cheers,
Greg

Mark,
An excellent idea indeed. Maybe our soon to be ex-governator will take the mothballs out of his Pinz and come and join us. That is of course if his loyal countryman from Austria ever got it back to him.....and in one piece.

Cheers,
 Greg

It lives :!:
Started right up after setting fuel pressure regulator(12psi).
Runs smooth, still have a couple things to tidy up now that the hardest parts are done.
Have to go to fix a Mog and a 712 tomorrow, so I will get back to it on thursday and get it road tested.

Jim,
Is it still living? We didn't hear anything further from you after your first report. I wouldn't want to get Mark worried.

It is close to test drive, working through a high vac issue tripping a trouble code.
Also had to take a few days to put a Pinz motor together(almost done), and tear down another motor for estimate.
I also need to get the current tag on it so it can be properly datalogged to verify the chip parameters.
Will try to post up the finished install pic's soon.
Now to send an e mail off for the tag.

I spoke with Jim yesterday. He had some minor issues to work out, but he has it running now and is tweaking it as we speak. Dave's gastrointestinal nutrient trailer among other things kept him busy for some time. Personally I think he should add to it a colonoscopy and enema station in order to be complete, but that is a whole other endeavor

Cheers,
Greg

"...colonoscopy and enema station in order to be complete..."

Then just add a TSA agent, and you'd think you're at the airport!
I know...off topic.
