On my dash on the upper left is the headlight switch. To the right of that is an empty space with a blank cover. Next one over to the right says aux. It has a lock-out slider you have to slide down to turn it one.
It seems to do the same thing as the headlight switch. What's it for?
Couple light switch questions.

Re: Couple light switch questions.
What do you mean? You flip the switch and it powers an outlet or something that you plug into?
Re: Couple light switch questions.
Are you sure it says 'aux' and not 'auto'?
It should be the auto lights, i.e. they come on with the ignition. it overrides the manual switch.

Yup. Dah. You're right! It says AUT, not AUX, sorry.
So how do I use it? Leave this switch on all the time and the lights come on only when the key's turned on? I don't get it. What's it used for? What scenario?
Thanks.

Re: Couple light switch questions.
Well, did a little Googling and found out that Automatic Lightning is the European forerunner of modern DRL, daytime running lights.
So I "think" the AUT switch is meant to be left on all the time, and the lights come on when the key's turned on?
