Original tool roll and tool kit

Hello to all,
In preparation for an article I will be writing for a national truck magazine, I am looking for information on the original tool roll/kit supplied with the TGB11 trucks. The truck I have at present is a 1975 TGB11 AluZn truck. it did come with a variety of original "goodies" including tool roll and some tools. Comparing what I currently have with the tools listed in the parts manual, my kit has none of the four box end spanners, tire pressure gauge, grease gun, oil bottle and filler pipe.
If anyone has a tool kit with any or all of the items mentioned about, please post information and photos.
