Dubai of course... looks more like a locomotive. Wonder if there is a Tatra or MAN drivetrain under it.

Here was the first version - he said 10x10 and they thought he meant 10 feet x 10 feet...

Well that's not very useful because it has no winch!
Winch, sminch! We don't need no stinking winch, we have 20+ people that can push!
