Don't care about the speed as long as it is reliable!

My Heinkel "Bubble car" with 10 bhp if your lucky has a similar top speed to my Haflinger, so used to going places slowly.... Just need to be sure of getting there!
I would buy one of those if one was available in the right place, right time etc.
