716 Pinzgauer Front shocks

Got a 716K and the front shocks need to be replaced , anybody got any good suggestions what make of shock can be used , other than the original and going to Steyr ..Thanks

Don't have any recommendations for you but I can get you some basic data so that can hunt around for something suitable.
If you want to stick with the standard part the part number and original supplier are stamped on the damper...

Okay, basic data:
Compressed length: 376mm
Extended length: 526mm
Damper body dia: 55mm
Damper shroud dia: 64mm
Damper end type (both ends): 16mm int dia tube, 26mm ext dia, 54mm long
The damper has a combined mechanical/hydraulic rebound stop. Sorry can't give you damper performance data.
