Anyone know if the P80-P93 Brake master cylinder(28mm) is used in any Mercedes sedans? Looking for a cross ref so I can locate a rebuild kit or replacement in So Ca. Need part  s to get the old Croatia truck back up and running.

Are you sure that the brake master is from a TD?

I had a different Diameter in mind so I took the old Brake master apart
that came out of my 716M P80. The old piston has about 29mm
Diameter. I will measure them properly tomorrow.

Have you got a Picture of the Brake master. It might be easier
to Identify it.

Ok its definitively a TD master cylinder. Sorry about my doubt
about it.

The problem is that I don't know of any Mercedes that uses a
28mm master cylinder.

The only thing I can do is tell you the Part number of the repair kit.
The Manufacturer is FTE and the Number is RK28506.

But please double check if it is the right number.

One thing I can do is to find a repair kit in Austria and
send it to you.

I have one in the container, if urgent I can dig it out and photograph it?

The one on ebay is definitively not a brake master cylinder.
I believe that it is a clutch master.

yeah definately don't look correct. I was looking at the description that it is a brake one but as you said it dont look right.

odd I have over a 1000 piccies but none of the master cylinder  I know the clutch is from a merc 123

I would guess the brake master would be LT, just waiting on my LT parts manual to arrive

Actually I rebuild a VW LT right now. It has a Master with about 23mm Diameter.

There's countless versions though. So I might be mistaken.

Actually Jim's Pictures are the right ones. It is a TD Master.

The master cylinder on e bay was a clutch master cylinder. I bought it for my Pinz

As soon as I looked at it I knew what it was so did OK on it with the price
