I went through this with Jeep (Daimler-Chrysler). They have these really cool manual electric headlight adjusters for Euro-Spec Wranglers. Wiring harness has the outlets, all the physical connections, etc.
Dealer had all the parts numbers in the computer, but could not order them. Checked several dealers, computers would not allow Euro-Spec parts to be ordered/delivered to the US.
Going through a third party would probably be the only way it would work.
