Heat exchanger photos needed

I need some pictures of the heat exchanger insides, if anyone has taken theirs apart for repair and documented it.

I took the heat exchanger off the other day and looking through one of the air ports saw a spot that looks like a blow through of the internal pipe, sort of looks like a bad weld. Haven't had a chance to put my borescope to it, but would like to know what I'm looking at cause it's kinda hard to make sense looking through it if you don't have some idea of what to expect. I have the diagrams from the parts manual but it doesn't show the insides.
Also some of what apears to be a ceramic plug at the front has broken away some, anyone repaired this plug? I was thinking of using some steel patch but would consider other solutions. The ceramic seems to be covering the pipe on the inside as well.
